Please send the completed registration form together with all the necessary documents to

Registrations for first grade that reach us after the official registration period can no longer be considered (not applicable for international families moving to Austria from abroad, places subject to availability).

Individual enrolment interviews will take place from 18 January to 5 February 2027.
Invitations to the individual enrolment interviews will be sent out by email in January 2027.

Aufnahmeanträge, die uns nach dem Einschreibezeitraum der AES Tirol erreichen, können leider nicht berücksichtigt werden (Ausnahme internationale Quereinsteiger aus dem Ausland, sofern noch Plätze frei sind)
Die individuellen Aufnahmegespräche finden im Zeitraum von 18. Jänner bis 5. Feber 2027 statt, die Einladungen dazu werden im Jänner verschickt.
Our Mission Statement
The Innsbruck Elementary School is an enthusiastic, life-long learning community that is committed to supporting students of local and international backgrounds.
High expectations of teachers as well as students ensure a profound high-quality of education. At the same time, we foster self-confidence, self-discipline and self-worth in every student and this enables them to reach their full potential in school and beyond.
Our unique learning environment is characterized by close student, teacher, and family relationships and we understand that communication is an important key to our strong sense of community that is based upon the values of mutual respect, sincere compassion, shared responsibility and continual self-reflection.
At Innsbruck Elementary School, we follow the European curriculum.
The school has a strong focus on new forms of learning and teaching, such as informal education, co-operative and peer learning, cross-curricular teaching and project learning. Our students build a foundation in literacy, numeracy, cognitive and social skills and learn more about themselves, each other and the world through a broad curriculum.
The school’s program allows a team of English Native Speaker teachers and Austrian teachers to work in a team teaching environment. The co-teaching approach allows for differentiated learning, more one-on-one time with the students, peer learning through a hands-on style of teaching and enables a joint assessment of students’ progress.
