After School Care - Afternoon Club
Please be aware that as of the academic year 2023/24 this specific choice of programme at Innsbruck Elementary School (IES) will only be available for students attending our current 2nd, 3rd and 4th grades. International students joining these existing classes will follow the programme as well.
Students joining our first grades in the academic year 2023/24 and in future will follow the programme of the Accredited European School Tirol (AES-Tirol). For further information please follow the link below:

Opening Times:
Afternoon Club begins directly after school, and is open from Monday-Thursday until 5.15pm, and on Fridays until 4.00pm.
Please collect your child punctually by 5:15pm at the latest and on Fridays by 4pm at the latest.
Leaving Afternoon Club
Children can be picked up from 13:30 to 14:00, from 15:00 pick up is possible at any time.
PLEASE NOTE! No pick up possible during these times:
To ensure that this time remains undisturbed and productive for all children, we urge you NOT to pick up your child during this time.
Homework time (14:00-15:00) and
Workshops, (if your child is registered) (15:15 - 16:30).
If your child is allowed to go home alone, please inform the respective Afternoon Club teacher in writing. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any statements made by the children!
Please collect your child punctually by 17:15 at the latest and on Fridays by 16:00 at the latest.
